All Pick-Your-Own customers take a hayride to the Strawberry Patch. During the hayride, a farmer will share the history of Belvedere Plantation and tell you how our strawberries are grown.

We have fresh picked strawberries in our Market. Demand for our sun-ripened berries keeps our picking crew hopping! With more folks wanting their berries fresh picked, demand can sometimes exceed our capacity to pick them — especially on the weekends.

No farm admission fee required for shopping in the Plantation Market!

Pick-Your Own ... $2.39/pound
This price applies with farm admission fee. One admission is rebated for every 30 pounds of strawberries that your party picks.

Ready-Picked in the Market
We charge $4.19 per true, old-fashioned quart. Eight quarts or more are $3.99 each. A true quart of strawberries usually weights 1-1/3 pounds minimum.

Note: Our old-fashioned quarts typically weight up to 1-1/2 pounds — up to 50% more berries than the typical clamshell containers (16 oz.) sold in supermarkets these days!

Fresh baked pies are featured in the Market on weekends. We also have jams, jellies and local honey.

Good to Know ...

Our berries are very weather sensitive! The picking season is short and berries must be picked with a day or two or ripening. The old farmer's adage to "make hay while the sun shines" is the best advice for planning your visit to the Strawberry Patch.
