During our Fall Season, Belvedere Plantation's country farm setting, famous hospitality, and exciting agri-tainment attractions make our farm a very special place to celebrate your next party or group event.

We host a wide range of events for groups of all sizes, from 10 to 5,000 guests. Whether it's scouts, church youth, sport's teams, etc., the group will certainly enjoy the family friendly environment and the fresh country air! All of the group options are available from September 25th through November 7th by reservation only. Make your reservations early as these are an early sell-out!

Fall Festival Group Event Packages

Order a catered BBQ package or a cookout package to be delivered to your site for your convenience. Check out our cookout menu or our catered BBQ packages from the Red Rooster Grill. Outside food** is allowed for groups that purchase any of the packages below. Package rates are in addition to Fall Festival Farm Admission.

Birthday Parties
Great for 'kids' from 2 to 92! Relax and enjoy our country setting while you celebrate another year gone by with friends and family. Choose from any of the Fall Festival Group Packages listed below.

Country Campfire
Includes campfire ring/1 picnic table and benches. $75 for a 4-hour period. Additional campfire ring/1 picnic table set is only $25. Included with each fire ring and table package is a set of 10 cooking skewers ($5 charge for each unreturned skewer). Does not include Farm Admission.
Choose from these time slots:
Fridays: 6-10pm
Saturdays: 10am-2pm, 2pm-6pm or 6pm-10pm
Sundays: 10am-2pm and 2pm-6pm

Private Hayride & Bonfire
Experience the nostalgia of a private farm hayride and a roaring bonfire with your special group of friends or family. For $150, you get a half-hour private hayride, bonfire ring, 1 picnic table and benches around the fire. Additional bonfire ring/1 picnic table set is only $25. Each fire ring includes a set of 10 cooking skewers ($5 charge for each unreturned skewer). Does not include Farm Admission.

Reserved Picnic Area
If you have a large group, consider reserving a private area just for your event. Perfect for employee appreciation picnics! Only $150 per group (does not include admission to the farm). Contact us for tent, table, & chair rental prices, and/or catering options.

Saturdays: 10am-5pm, or 6-10pm
Sundays: 10am-5pm


**Groups that bring outside food are responsible for taking the food from the parking lot to their campfire. Outside caterer's are not allowed on the premises.

General Information

We get your fire started, supply the wood, one picnic table and benches to sit on. NO ALCOHOL is allowed on the farm. Each person must pay for admissions.

• Campfire Cookout
We can provide all of the fixings for hotdogs, S'Mores, and hot or cold beverages. Food orders must be placed at least seven days in advance of your event. Add any of these options to the Country Campfire or Private Hayride & Bonfire package for a fun-filled day! • Terms
A non-refundable $75 deposit is required to secure the reservation for the Fall Festival Group Event Packages. If the reservation is canceled, you may apply the deposit to a reservation for next year, but refunds will not be issued.
